About

I serve as the Director of Emerging Technologies for Lubbock-Cooper ISD, where I help shape how educational technology transforms teaching and learning. My passion for technology integration started early and continues to grow as I explore cutting-edge tools and innovative ways to bring them into classrooms. I’ve had the privilege of attending the Apple Academy in Cupertino and earning recognition as both an Apple Learning Specialist and Apple Certified Learning Coach. I also hold certifications as an Apple Teacher, Google Certified Educator, Magic School Pioneer, and Brisk AI Level 2 Professional.

In 2018, I founded Confluence—a nationally recognized pedagogy and technology conference that continues to bring educators together for collaboration and inspiration (learn.lcisd.net). I’ve also been honored to present at leading conferences including ISTE, TCEA, LearnFest (formerly iPadpalooza), FRSLN, Fast Growth Texas, Fort Worth Technology Conference, RTM, TETL, and numerous school districts across the country.

I hold a Master’s in Technology and Learning and remain committed to building positive, forward-thinking cultures where safe risk-taking leads to lasting impact. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me fly fishing, geeking out over Star Wars, experimenting with gadgets, or exploring what’s next in tech.
