About Me
I am the Director of Emerging Technologies for Lubbock-Cooper ISD. I have had a passion for technology since I was young. I continue to stay on the cutting edge of personal tech as well as seeking out new and innovative ways to include technology in the classroom. I attended Apple Academy in Cupertino and became an Apple Learning Specialist. I am the creator of the very successful event called Confluence which is a pedagogy and technology conference (learn.lcisd.net) I have been a featured presenter at LearnFest (formally known as iPadpalooza.)I have also presented at ISTE, TCEA, FRSLN, Fast Growth Texas, Fort Worth Technology Conference, TETL and many School Districts. I am also an Apple Teacher, Certified Apple Learning Coach and a Google Certified Educator. I have my Masters in Technology and Learning. I enjoy fly fishing, Star Wars, gadgets and exploring.
